At a special request I’ve added on openmoods.com crickets sound. I also slept Sunday night in their sound. I’ll be happy if you can suggest what sounds would you like to be added.

Open Moods – Closer to the nature
May 22nd, 2012 by serghei No comments »Some time ago I realized that most of the time I have only town’s noise around my ears. All I hear is produced by artificial objects created by people.
I wondered what if I could work with nature’s sound in my ears. How would it be to have the wind’s noise easily whistling between trees in my ears? How would it be to sleep in waves music. Or to drink my coffee surrounded by birds songs?
To answer myself I made several play lists with some of nature’s most beautiful sounds. And so I found my best cure for stress. My work place become a joy, my coffee start tasting better, my sleeps become more peaceful then ever.
I liked so much the nature’s “background” that I realised I want to have it with me all time and I want to share it with my dear ones.
For me, for them and for you, for the nature’s lover, we give you Open Moods.
I hope you will love it as much as we are.

owall.net moves to openwalls.com
March 5th, 2012 by serghei No comments »A long time passed since I wrote something here. I’m sorry for this and I promise to catch up.
I’ll try to tell what kept us busy recently and what are the most important things that happened to us.
In my last post I was talking about owall.net. I will write you again about it.
I realized that owall is not what we wish for the website. I realized that we need a .com domain, a catchy name consisting of two words and of course a name to represent us and provide continuity to owall name. After a week of brainstorming I realized that what we want is openwalls.com. Fortunately for us, the domain owner, Mr. Eduardo Trujillo, agreed to sell it to us.
I use this chance to thank Mr. Eduardo Trujillo! To give us new openwalls.com he moved his website to a new domain, now called chromabits.com.
In conclusion, owall.net became openwalls.com.
A new blog is alive. :-)
April 23rd, 2010 by serghei No comments »So, after four hours of installing, changing and editing found an appropriate theme for the blog. :-) Probably it still miss some features but I’ll take care of them later.
In conclusion a new blog is alive. And because is polite to present yourself and your ideas in the beginning I’ll start describing now.
About itsol, it’s not much to be said. :-) Itsol are the people that really hope to offer you some nice open projects free of ads or banners.
Some while ago I was implied in lot of big projects but only for the companies I worked. One of my dreams at that time was about… a web project. Because of lot of reasons project died and years passed. This winter I decided that I want to see this project alive so I’ll do it by my own.
I’ll not say to you what is the project but I hope that in the final it will be a pleasant surprise. But because you can not start a project without having feedback and without facing real problems we decided to start first with a smaller project. And that is owall.net.
I think the best description of the website is the one that you can read it in the meta name description of the site:
“OWall.net hope to be your source of high definition wallpapers made for normal, wide and dual monitors. You will never find ads or banners here. All wallpapers made or uploaded by you will keep in the watermark your merits and will link to your site. Please help us contributing with wallpapers, ideas, suggestions, bug reports or feature requests”
More then that, owall.net hope to make you see it as a fair, a simple and friendly website. The way that all websites should be, in my opinion. I think that a website should show respect to his visitors. A website should be open to his visitors and gain their trust by working hard to improve and by not annoying anyone with ads or banners.
I’ll try describe in the posts the challenge, the work, the problems… and pretty much everything about our open projects.
Those being said I think I must go back to work hoping to end soon the final version 0.2. :-)
Cheers!
